When contacting support, please include your iOS version and a brief description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.

Common questions

In the app, open Settings (or Summary) and choose "Export Court‑Ready PDF". Then share or save the file using the iOS share sheet.
If you logged an entry incorrectly, file a correction: the original entry is voided and a new linked record is created.
In the app, go to Settings → Legal & Support → "Restore Purchases". If it still doesn't unlock, email us and include a screenshot of the paywall screen.
You can delete all entries from within the app using Settings → Reset All Data. You can also uninstall the app to remove locally stored data from the device.
