1. Acceptance
By downloading or using NurseLink ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Operator
The App is operated by Raphael Momanyi ("we", "us").
3. Intended use
NurseLink is a private practice workflow and organization tool for nurses. It supports client records, scheduling, notes, care options, invoices, credentials, family updates, and related practice workflows.
4. Not medical, legal, billing, or compliance advice
The App does not provide medical advice, legal advice, billing advice, credential verification, or compliance certification. Users are responsible for professional judgment and for following applicable laws, regulations, payer rules, employer policies, and client consent requirements.
5. Not a replacement for required systems
NurseLink does not replace required clinical documentation systems, official records, emergency services, or professional supervision. You remain responsible for verifying records before relying on or sharing them.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered, device security, role access, client consent, shared summaries, exported documents, invoices, and any use of the App in professional care workflows.
7. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by the App Store. Purchase handling, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and account billing controls are governed by App Store policies.
8. Availability and changes
We may update the App, change features, or modify availability over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to bypass purchase controls, enter information unlawfully, or use the App in a way that violates professional, privacy, client-consent, employment, or legal requirements.
10. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raphael Momanyi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from reliance on the App in place of required professional systems or judgment.
