1. Service Description
Nimara is a personal symptom-tracking and insight app for perimenopause and menopause. It provides check-ins, history views, wellness summaries, reminders, and export tools for informational use.
2. Not Medical Advice
Nimara is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice. You remain responsible for seeking qualified clinical guidance when needed.
3. Purchases and Billing
Nimara may offer in-app purchases through Apple In-App Purchases. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. in-app purchases renew automatically unless canceled in Apple account settings before renewal. Any introductory access converts to a purchase-based in-app purchases unless canceled before the trial ends.
4. Entitlements and Restore Purchases
Nimara uses RevenueCat and Apple systems to verify purchase status and restore optional access. If access appears out of sync, use Restore Purchases or purchase options in the app settings.
5. Health data and user responsibility
You are responsible for how you interpret the information shown in Nimara, for the accuracy of any entries you save, and for how you act on exported reports or insight summaries.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer, interfere with, or abuse the app or payment systems; use the app for unlawful purposes; or attempt to bypass in-app purchases or entitlement controls.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue features over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will be available in every region or device context.
8. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raphael Momanyi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
