Common questions

When starting a workout, allow camera access when iOS asks. If you previously declined, open iPhone Settings, find LiftIQ, and enable Camera.
Place the phone on a stable surface with enough light and room for your full body to remain visible. Follow the alignment guide before starting the set.
Keep your full body in frame, improve the lighting, avoid moving the phone, and use the exercise setup angle shown in LiftIQ. Controlled, complete movement ranges are easier to detect.
LiftIQ only shows form feedback where the movement profile supports it. Calf raises are currently counted without a form score rather than showing an unreliable estimate.
Open Profile in LiftIQ and tap Restore Purchases. The app will ask Apple and RevenueCat to refresh the purchase entitlement associated with your Apple ID.
Open Profile in LiftIQ and use the purchase-management option to open Apple’s billing screen. Apple controls renewal, cancellation, and refund requests.
Open Profile and use Delete Workout History. You can also uninstall LiftIQ to remove app data stored locally on the device.
Workout records, progress history, and app preferences are stored locally on your iPhone. LiftIQ does not require an app account or operate a workout-history backend.
