When contacting support, please include your iOS version and a brief description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.
Common questions
- Open Settings in SkinIQ and use Restore purchases to refresh your active App Store entitlement.
- Use the delete-data controls in Settings, or uninstall the app to remove local app data stored on the device.
- Camera and photo library access are requested only when you choose to capture or import skin progress photos.
- Yes. Health access is optional and read-only. The core skin log, routine, photo, insight, and export workflows remain available without it.
