1. Acceptance
By downloading or using PulseCheck, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Operator
The App is operated by SoftLog.
3. Purpose and limitations
PulseCheck is a shift logging and gross pay estimation tool for nurses. It is not a payroll system, tax calculator, HR platform, or legal compliance service.
4. Gross pay only
The App is designed for gross pay estimation only. Taxes, deductions, benefits, reimbursements, and employer-specific payroll adjustments are outside the scope of the product unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. No guarantee of payroll accuracy
Pay calculations reflect user-entered settings and general U.S. labor norms. You are responsible for verifying actual compensation against your employer policies, contract terms, union rules, and payroll statements.
6. Manual entry responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of entered shifts, break times, rate settings, and differential rules. Incorrect inputs will produce incorrect estimates.
7. Purchases and subscriptions
Paid plans are offered through Apple via StoreKit. Pricing, billing, renewals, cancellations, trials, and refunds are governed by Apple policies and your App Store account settings.
8. Availability and future changes
We may update or modify app features over time and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every pay policy or labor rule.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftLog is not liable for payroll disputes, compensation shortfalls, tax issues, or other outcomes resulting from reliance on estimated values produced by the App.
