When contacting support, please include your iOS version and a brief description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.
Common questions
- After your first completed score calculation, StatScore shows the hosted recurring starter-trial purchase screen. You can also open Settings and tap "Start introductory access".
- Open Settings and tap "Restore Purchases". If access still does not return, contact support and include your App Store purchase screenshot.
- StatScore allows one real starter calculation before requiring a in-app purchases. After that, optional score content remains visible behind the purchase screen until you subscribe or restore access.
- Open Settings and use "Clear History" to remove locally stored calculation history from the device.
