1. Overview
PawPro ("the App") is operated by SoftLog ("we", "us"). This policy explains how pet records and related information are handled when you use the App.
2. Pet health records
The App allows you to store pet profiles, medications, vet visits, vaccination records, symptoms, notes, and routine care information. This information is stored locally on your device unless you explicitly export or share it.
3. Photos and documents
If you attach pet photos or documents such as lab results, discharge papers, or certificates, those files are stored on-device for your use inside the App.
4. Notifications
If you enable reminders, PawPro uses Apple notification services to alert you about medication schedules, follow-ups, and other care events. These reminders are configured by you and are not used for advertising.
5. Purchases
If you purchase or restore in-app products, transactions are processed by Apple via StoreKit. We do not collect or store payment card details.
