Privacy Policy — PawPro

This policy applies specifically to PawPro. For product help or purchase questions, use PawPro Support.

1. Summary

PawPro is designed to keep pet care records, reminders, and documents on your device for core features. We use Apple and RevenueCat to process in-app purchases and purchase entitlement status. We do not sell your personal data.

2. Information We Process

Depending on how you use PawPro, the app may store locally pet profiles, medication schedules, dose logs, vet and vaccine history, symptoms, weight trends, health score summaries, document files you attach, photos, and app preferences. If you enable reminders, Apple’s notification services are used to deliver care alerts you configure; they are not used for third-party advertising. The app does not include third-party advertising SDKs in core workflows. PawPro is a personal organizer; it is not a veterinary medical record system.

3. Purchase and entitlement information

If you purchase or restore a in-app purchases, billing and receipt processing is handled by Apple and RevenueCat. Data processed can include product identifiers (for example app entitlement identifiers), purchase, renewal, expiration, cancellation, and restore events, entitlement status (for example access to PawPro optional purchase option features), and app user identifiers and technical metadata needed to validate purchases and prevent fraud.

4. Diagnostics and security metadata

We and our service providers may process limited technical data required for reliability, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.

5. Third-Party Services

PawPro uses Apple App Store / StoreKit for payments and in-app purchases, and RevenueCat for purchase infrastructure and entitlement management. See https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/ and https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.

6. How We Use Information

We use data to provide app functionality, verify purchase entitlement and restore purchases, improve reliability and security, and comply with legal obligations.

7. Data Sharing

We share data only as needed with processors and platforms that enable the app to function (for example Apple and RevenueCat), legal compliance, and security operations. We do not sell personal information.

8. Data Retention

On-device pet records remain on your device unless you delete them. in-app purchases records are retained by Apple and RevenueCat under their own retention policies.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You can cancel or manage in-app purchases in Apple account settings, use Restore Purchases in PawPro to re-sync entitlements, delete data from within the app where provided, and contact us for privacy requests.

10. Children

Parents or guardians may use PawPro to track family pets. The app is not directed to collect personal data from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region) independent of a parent or guardian, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children in violation of applicable law.

11. International Users

Service providers may process data in countries other than your own, subject to applicable legal safeguards.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Last updated date will be revised when changes are posted.
