1. Acceptance
By downloading or using MedCertify ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Operator
The App is operated by SoftLog ("we", "us").
3. Personal organization tool
MedCertify is a personal organization tool for tracking professional credentials and continuing education. It is not an official credential verification system and does not guarantee compliance with licensing requirements. Always verify directly with licensing boards and accrediting bodies.
4. Not medical or legal advice
The App does not provide medical, legal, or compliance advice. It does not collect or store patient health data. Use of the App does not create a professional advisory relationship.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for meeting all credential renewal requirements. You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes.
6. Purchases and subscriptions
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit. Pricing, renewal, and refunds are handled according to Apple's policies and your App Store settings.
7. Availability and changes
We may update the App from time to time and may modify or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftLog will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues. In particular, we are not liable for any consequences of missed credential renewals.
