Terms of Use — MedCertify

These terms apply specifically to MedCertify. For privacy handling details, review the Privacy Policy or use the support page if you need product help.

1. Service Description

MedCertify is a personal organization tool for healthcare professionals to track professional credentials, continuing education, and related documents. It is not an official credential verification system and does not guarantee compliance with licensing or employer requirements. Always verify with licensing boards and accrediting bodies. The app does not provide medical, legal, or regulatory advice, and it does not collect or store patient health data. Use of the app does not create a professional advisory relationship.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to use this service under the laws of your jurisdiction and applicable app store rules.

3. Purchases and Billing

MedCertify may offer in-app purchases through Apple In-App Purchases, through Apple. By purchasing: payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase; purchase access renews when applicable unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal charges can occur within 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel in-app purchases in Apple account settings; and any introductory access, if offered, converts to a purchase-based in-app purchases unless canceled before the trial ends. The App Store displays purchase information before confirmation.

4. Entitlements and Restore Purchases

MedCertify uses RevenueCat and Apple systems to verify purchase status and deliver optional entitlements (for example MedCertify Pro or equivalent optional purchase option features). If entitlement status appears out of sync, use Restore Purchases in the app.

5. Refunds

Purchases are billed by Apple. Refunds are subject to Apple refund policies and processes.

6. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for meeting all credential and renewal requirements, and for your compliance with regulators and employers. You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, interfere with, or abuse the app or payment systems; use the app for unlawful purposes; or attempt to bypass in-app purchases or entitlement controls.

8. Intellectual Property

MedCertify, including software, branding, and content (excluding third-party marks and content), is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimers

MedCertify is provided on an as is and as available basis to the extent permitted by law. We make no warranty that the app will be uninterrupted or error-starter. In particular, we are not liable for any consequences of missed renewals, incorrect entries, or reliance on the app in place of official records.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the app.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if required by law, app store policy, security concerns, or material violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction specified by the service provider, unless consumer protection law requires otherwise.
