This policy applies specifically to ChangeFlow. For product help or purchase questions, use ChangeFlow Support.
1. Overview
ChangeFlow ("the App") is operated by Raphael Momanyi ("we", "us"). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
2. Project documentation data
The App stores project metadata, change order details, labor/material/equipment entries, status events, and attached notes.
3. Evidence files and signatures
Photos, receipts, and signatures you capture are stored locally on your device unless you explicitly export or share them.
4. Immutable event history
Key workflow actions may be stored as append-only status events to preserve audit context.
5. Local-first storage
Core records are persisted locally with Apple storage frameworks and do not require a mandatory backend account.
6. Exports
Package exports are generated on-device and shared only through destinations you choose.
7. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple (StoreKit). We do not collect payment card data.
