1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Scrybe AI ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Operator
The App is operated by SoftLog ("we", "us").
3. Personal productivity tool
Scrybe AI is a personal organization tool for screenshots and text snippets. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, or compliance advice.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you choose to index and for safeguarding access to your device. You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes.
5. Purchases (StoreKit)
The App may offer a one-time unlock and additional in-app purchases (for example “Unlimited History”). All payments are processed by Apple via the App Store and StoreKit. We do not process payments directly.
6. One-time unlock
A one-time purchase unlocks designated features on devices using the same Apple ID. Unless otherwise stated at purchase time, one-time purchases apply to the current version of the App and do not guarantee access to future premium features introduced later.
7. Additional in-app purchases
Some features may require an additional non-consumable in-app purchase (for example unlimited history). Purchase availability and feature descriptions are shown in the App at the time of purchase.
8. Pricing and refunds
Prices are shown in your local currency by the App Store (where available) and may include applicable taxes. Refunds are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's policies and eligibility requirements.
9. Availability and changes
We may update the App from time to time and may modify, add, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
10. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftLog will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues.
