By downloading or using GlucoseLens, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Operator
The App is operated by SoftLog.
3. Informational use only
GlucoseLens is a glucose tracking and insight tool. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
4. Not medical advice or emergency guidance
The App does not replace clinicians, emergency guidance, or device manufacturer instructions. If you have urgent medical concerns, seek professional care immediately.
5. User responsibility
You are responsible for how you interpret readings, meal logs, alerts, exports, and any conclusions you draw from the App.
6. Health data limitations
The App depends on the availability and accuracy of data entered by you or provided through Apple Health and connected sources. Delays, omissions, or device issues may affect outputs.
7. Purchases and subscriptions
Paid plans are offered through Apple via StoreKit. Pricing, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Apple policies and your App Store account settings.
8. Availability and updates
We may update or modify App features over time and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device, CGM, or workflow.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftLog is not liable for medical, financial, or consequential outcomes resulting from reliance on the App or its outputs.
