1. Acceptance
By downloading or using GutScan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Operator
The App is operated by Raphael Momanyi.
3. Informational use only
GutScan provides informational ingredient analysis and personal tracking tools. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
4. Not medical advice
Content in the App is not medical advice. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for diagnosis or treatment decisions.
5. User responsibility
You are responsible for the foods you consume, the records you enter, and how you interpret exported summaries.
6. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit. Billing and refunds follow Apple policies.
7. Availability
We may modify features or discontinue parts of the App and do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
8. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raphael Momanyi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
