1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Ledger, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Operator
The App is operated by Raphael Momanyi.
3. Purpose and limits
Ledger is a personal net worth tracking and reporting tool. It does not provide investment, tax, legal, accounting, credit, or financial planning advice.
4. User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of balances, account labels, liability values, notes, exports, and any conclusions you draw from the App.
5. No professional advice
Information shown in the App is for personal organization and review only. You should consult qualified professionals before making investment, tax, legal, or lending decisions.
6. Purchases
Optional purchase option are offered through Apple via StoreKit. Purchase handling, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple policies and your App Store account settings.
7. Data and exports
You are responsible for managing local records and any files you export or share outside the App.
8. Availability and changes
We may modify app features, limits, export formats, and in-app purchases offerings over time and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raphael Momanyi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App or reliance on records, summaries, or exports that are incomplete, inaccurate, or not maintained according to your own needs.
