1. Service Description
Anchor is a wellness and habit-support app for sobriety, craving tracking, journaling, reduction planning, and personal recovery summaries. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to use the app under your jurisdiction and applicable App Store rules. Anchor is not directed to children.
3. No Account Requirement
Anchor does not require an app account for core use. You are responsible for controlling access to your device and for deciding what reports or exports you share.
4. Health and Crisis Disclaimer
Anchor can provide crisis-resource links and personal support workflows, but it cannot respond to emergencies. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis resource.
5. Purchases and Billing
Anchor may offer in-app purchases through Apple In-App Purchases. Payment, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and account billing controls are governed by Apple policies.
6. Entitlements and Restore Purchases
Anchor uses RevenueCat and Apple systems to verify purchase status and deliver Anchor Pro entitlement access. If access appears out of sync, use Restore purchases in the app.
7. User Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing your own entries, exports, and decisions. Anchor is a support tool and should be used alongside appropriate professional, peer, or emergency support where needed.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer, interfere with, abuse, or attempt to bypass the app, its purchase systems, or entitlement controls.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Anchor is provided as is and as available to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any recovery outcome.
