1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Snowball, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Operator

The App is operated by Raphael Momanyi.

3. Purpose and limits

Snowball is a debt planning and tracking tool. It does not provide financial, legal, tax, investment, lending, or credit counseling advice.

4. User responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the balances, interest rates, minimum payments, due dates, and payment logs you enter. Incorrect inputs will lead to inaccurate payoff projections.

5. Estimates and projections

Projected payoff dates, payoff order, and interest totals are estimates based on user-entered data and model assumptions. Actual lender behavior, fees, compounding methods, payment timing, and account terms may differ.

6. No lender or bank relationship

Snowball is not a lender, debt servicer, bank, credit bureau, or debt settlement provider. The App does not negotiate with creditors or make payments on your behalf.

7. Purchases and purchase option access

Optional purchase option features are offered through Apple via StoreKit. Purchase handling, cancellations, renewals, and refunds are governed by Apple policies and your App Store account settings.

8. Availability and changes

We may modify App features over time and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every financial product or regional repayment rule.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raphael Momanyi is not liable for financial losses, missed payments, interest charges, credit impacts, or other outcomes arising from reliance on projections or records maintained in the App.
