By downloading or using Khitab ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Purpose

Khitab is an Islamic lifestyle and companion product. It does not provide legal, medical, or individualized religious rulings.

3. Not a substitute for scholars

The App may surface educational or devotional content. You remain responsible for verifying religious matters with qualified scholars and local guidance where appropriate.

4. Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit. Pricing, billing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple policies.

5. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftLog is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
