These terms apply specifically to PitchQuote. For privacy handling details, review the Privacy Policy or use the support page if you need product help.
1. Service Description
PitchQuote is a roofing estimation and proposal workflow tool for building estimates, templates, and customer-facing PDFs. It is not a substitute for legal, accounting, engineering, insurance, or contracting advice, or for building-code compliance determinations.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally able to use this service under the laws of your jurisdiction and applicable app store rules.
3. Purchases and Billing
PitchQuote may offer in-app purchases through Apple. The App Store displays purchase information before confirmation, and Apple handles purchase management, cancellation, and refund requests.
4. Entitlements and Restore Purchases
PitchQuote uses RevenueCat and Apple systems to verify purchase status and deliver optional entitlements. If entitlement status appears out of sync, use Restore Purchases in the app.
5. Refunds
Purchases are billed by Apple. Refunds are subject to Apple refund policies and processes.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for validating measurements, scope, tax settings, currency configuration, and final proposal totals before sending or accepting proposals, and for how you use exports in business or legal settings.
7. Status labels and iCloud
Proposal status labels (for example Draft, Sent, Accepted) are organizational aids and do not create legal guarantees. Optional iCloud sync is subject to Apple’s iCloud terms and your device settings.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer, interfere with, or abuse the app or payment systems; use the app for unlawful purposes; or attempt to bypass in-app purchases or entitlement controls.
9. Intellectual Property
PitchQuote, including software, branding, and content (excluding third-party marks and content), is protected by intellectual property laws.
10. Disclaimers
PitchQuote is provided on an as is and as available basis to the extent permitted by law. We make no warranty that the app will be uninterrupted or error-starter.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the app.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if required by law, app store policy, security concerns, or material violation of these Terms.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction specified by the service provider, unless consumer protection law requires otherwise.
