1. Acceptance
By downloading or using PitchQuote ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Purpose
PitchQuote is a roofing estimation and proposal workflow tool. It does not replace legal, accounting, engineering, or contracting advice.
3. Proposal responsibility
You are responsible for validating measurements, scope, tax settings, and final pricing before sending or accepting proposals.
4. Status and records
Proposal status labels (Draft, Sent, Accepted) are organizational aids and do not create legal guarantees by themselves.
5. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit. Pricing, billing, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Apple policies.
6. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftLog is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
