These terms apply specifically to TrueMax. For privacy handling details, review the Privacy Policy or use the support page if you need product help.

1. Service Description

TrueMax provides private, cosmetic facial estimate bands and grooming or presentation guidance. It is not a medical, psychological, attractiveness-ranking, or clinical measurement service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

TrueMax is for adults 18 and older. No account or sign-in is required. You are responsible for device access and for using the guidance as informational, non-medical content.

3. Purchases and Billing

TrueMax offers recurring and recurring auto-renewable in-app purchases through Apple In-App Purchases. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation; any three-day introductory offer converts to the selected purchase-based options unless canceled before it ends; renewal occurs unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; and in-app purchases are managed in Apple account settings. The App Store shows the final price and terms before confirmation.

4. Entitlements and Restore Purchases

TrueMax uses RevenueCat and Apple systems to verify purchase status and deliver TrueMax Pro. If entitlement status appears out of sync, use Restore Purchases in the app.

5. Refunds

Purchases are billed by Apple. Refunds are subject to Apple refund policies and processes.

6. User Content and Use

You retain rights to photos and preferences you create locally. Do not use TrueMax to harass, rank, or make health, employment, or other high-impact decisions about another person.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, interfere with, or abuse the app or payment systems, bypass in-app purchases controls, or use the product for unlawful or harmful purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

TrueMax, including software, branding, and content (excluding third-party marks and content), is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimers

TrueMax is provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law. Estimate bands are sensitive to image conditions and are not guaranteed accurate, clinical, or suitable for medical or safety-critical decisions. Consult a qualified professional for health concerns.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the app.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if required by law, app store policy, security concerns, or material violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction specified by the service provider, unless consumer protection law requires otherwise.
