These terms apply specifically to FireTag. For privacy handling details, review the Privacy Policy or use the support page if you need product help.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using FireTag, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Operator

The App is operated by Raphael Momanyi.

3. Purpose and limits

FireTag is an inspection tracking and documentation tool for fire safety assets. It does not certify regulatory compliance and does not replace professional inspection, servicing, training, or the advice of a qualified fire safety professional.

4. User responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of asset records, inspection answers, deficiency notes, exported reports, and any operational decisions made from those records.

5. Compliance disclaimer

You must continue to follow applicable local codes, regulations, site procedures, and professional servicing requirements. Records generated by the App are supportive documentation, not an automatic compliance determination.

6. Purchases

Optional purchase option may be offered through Apple via StoreKit. Purchase handling, renewals, cancellations, trials, and refunds are governed by Apple policies and your App Store account settings.

7. Data and exports

You are responsible for managing local records, shared exports, and any external systems where exported PDFs or CSV files are stored after you leave the App.

8. Availability and changes

We may update inspection templates, purchase option limits, export formats, and app features over time, and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raphael Momanyi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App or reliance on records that are incomplete, inaccurate, or not maintained according to your own requirements.
