When contacting support, please include your iOS version and a brief description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.
Common questions
- Open the purchase screen or settings screen and use "Restore Purchases" to refresh your active in-app purchases options from Apple.
- Inspection due reminders require an active in-app purchases and explicit user opt-in. The app is designed not to send marketing notifications.
- No. The purchase screen copy states that records remain on the device when a in-app purchases ends. in-app purchases gates apply to exports and adding new assets beyond the starter limit.
- Camera access is used for scanning asset codes and capturing inspection photos, while photo library access is only used when you choose an existing photo for inspection evidence.
