When contacting support, please include your iOS version and a brief description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.
Common questions
- In the app, open Insights → Tax Helper → "Export Expenses CSV". You can also export from Settings → Data.
- In the app, open Settings and tap "Restore Purchases". If it still doesn't unlock, email support.
- You can delete all documents from within Settings. You can also uninstall the app to remove locally stored data from the device.
- Try retaking the photo with better lighting and less blur. For best results, keep the document flat and fill the frame.
- Email us from the app Settings screen or from this support page.
