When contacting support, please include your iOS version and a brief description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.

Common questions

In the app, open Insights → Tax Helper → "Export Expenses CSV". You can also export from Settings → Data.
In the app, open Settings and tap "Restore Purchases". If it still doesn't unlock, email support.
You can delete all documents from within Settings. You can also uninstall the app to remove locally stored data from the device.
Try retaking the photo with better lighting and less blur. For best results, keep the document flat and fill the frame.
