1. Service description
Auren is a self-custody crypto invoicing and wallet workflow for creating client invoices, sharing supported stablecoin payment requests, reviewing payment status, and exporting records.
2. No custody or exchange services
Auren does not custody funds for you, operate a crypto exchange, provide broker-dealer services, or offer fiat on-ramp or off-ramp services. You remain responsible for your wallets, keys, addresses, and transactions.
3. No professional advice
Auren does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, or regulatory advice. You should consult qualified professionals before relying on records or blockchain activity for regulated obligations.
4. Blockchain risk
Blockchain transfers may be irreversible, delayed, misdirected, affected by network fees, or unsupported by a recipient. You are responsible for verifying addresses, networks, token types, and amounts before sharing or sending payment instructions.
5. User responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of invoices, client details, payment instructions, exports, and any records you create or share through the App.
6. Purchases and restore
Optional app access may be offered through Apple in-app purchases, with entitlement verification handled by Apple systems and RevenueCat. Purchase handling, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple policies unless applicable law requires otherwise.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with payment infrastructure, reverse engineer restricted components, or use Auren for unlawful activity.
8. Third-party services
Auren may rely on Apple platform services, RevenueCat, public blockchain RPC endpoints, and payment-link hosting infrastructure where configured. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
9. Availability and changes
We may update, modify, restrict, or discontinue features over time and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any feature, network integration, or payment-link route.
10. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raphael Momanyi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App.
