When contacting support, please include your iOS version and a brief description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.

Common questions

Open the Invoices tab, create a new invoice, add the client, amount, due date, line items, and the stablecoin lane you want to use.
Open the invoice and use the share options for a payment link, QR code, PDF invoice, or wallet address fallback.
Use the export actions in Settings to generate invoice or transaction records you can review outside the app.
Open Settings and use Restore Purchases to resync your App Store access. If access still looks wrong, contact support with your App Store purchase details.
Auren data is designed to live on your device. You can remove app data from the app where available or by uninstalling the app from the device.
