1. Service description

AdaptIQ is a personal AI companion for productivity, reflection, and coaching-style guidance. It is designed to adapt to your preferences over time through local profile, conversation, and learning data.

2. No professional advice

AdaptIQ does not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, tax, or other regulated professional advice. Any output is informational only and should not be treated as a substitute for qualified judgment.

3. User responsibility

You are responsible for the prompts, files, and information you choose to provide, and for how you act on any output or suggestion generated by the app.

4. AI limitations

AI responses can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or poorly suited to your situation. You should verify important information independently before relying on it.

5. Optional permissions and integrations

HealthKit, Calendar, external AI access, and other optional integrations are optional. If you enable them, you remain responsible for reviewing the permissions you grant and whether those features are appropriate for your use case.

6. Purchases and billing

Optional purchase option features may be offered through Apple in-app purchases. in-app purchases status and entitlements may also be verified using RevenueCat. Purchase handling, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple policies unless applicable law requires otherwise.

7. Exports and portability

If the app offers profile export or import features, you are responsible for securing exported files and confirming that imported data is appropriate to load onto your device.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to bypass feature gating or payment controls, interfere with the service, or use the app in unlawful, harmful, or abusive ways.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, modify, restrict, or discontinue features over time and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any feature, integration, or in-app purchases benefit.

10. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raphael Momanyi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app or reliance on its outputs.
