This policy applies specifically to AdaptIQ. For product help or purchase questions, use AdaptIQ Support.

1. Summary

AdaptIQ is designed to keep your profile, conversations, and learning signals on your device by default. Optional optional integrations may use Apple services, RevenueCat, and a configured external AI provider where needed for optional purchase option features. We do not sell your personal data.

2. Profile and conversation data

The App may store your display name, onboarding preferences, communication style selections, conversations, coaching track progress, weekly growth reports, and related app settings so AdaptIQ can personalize responses over time.

3. Learned preferences and adaptation events

AdaptIQ may derive preference signals from how you use the app, including response-length preferences, tone preferences, active coaching domains, and adaptation events that explain how the assistant changed over time. These records are intended to remain inspectable and resettable by you.

4. Optional HealthKit and Calendar context

If you grant permission and your options supports it, AdaptIQ may read limited HealthKit and Calendar data to improve personalization. This context is optional, read-only, and not required for core use.

5. On-device storage and local controls

Core profile, chat, report, and learning data is stored locally using Apple device storage frameworks. You can pause learning, clear learned memory, or export a portable profile from within the app.

6. External AI processing when enabled

If optional external AI features are configured and available on your options, selected prompts, recent conversation context, and optional image attachments may be sent to the configured AI service to generate a response. When those features are not available or enabled, AdaptIQ falls back to local or on-device paths where supported.

7. Purchases

If you purchase or restore a in-app purchases, billing is handled by Apple. in-app purchases infrastructure and entitlement verification may also involve RevenueCat. We do not collect or store your payment card details.

8. Sharing and exports

Any portable profile export or other share action is initiated by you through iOS share destinations you choose.

9. Data retention and deletion

Your locally stored data remains on your device until you delete it within the app or uninstall the app. in-app purchases and transaction records are retained by Apple and RevenueCat under their own policies.

10. Children

AdaptIQ is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children in violation of applicable law.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Last updated date will be revised when changes are posted.
