When contacting support, please include your iOS version and a brief description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.
Common questions
- Open the privacy controls, choose the portable profile export option, then share the generated file using the iOS share sheet.
- In the privacy controls, disable learning to pause adaptation or use the clear memory action to reset stored learning signals and preferences.
- Those signals are optional and depend on both permission settings and your current plan. If a feature is locked, check permissions first, then restore or upgrade your subscription if needed.
- Open the upgrade or plan screen and use Restore purchases to resync your App Store entitlement.
