When contacting support, please include your iOS version and a brief description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.

Common questions

Open the privacy controls, choose the portable profile export option, then share the generated file using the iOS share sheet.
In the privacy controls, disable learning to pause adaptation or use the clear memory action to reset stored learning signals and preferences.
Those signals are optional and depend on both permission settings and your current plan. If a feature is locked, check permissions first, then restore or upgrade your subscription if needed.
Open the upgrade or plan screen and use Restore purchases to resync your App Store entitlement.
