When contacting support, please include your iOS version and a brief description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.
Common questions
- Open the Battery tab, tap Log Change, and HearLog will record the date and time. You can also set a reminder for the next expected change.
- Go to Reminders in Settings and choose how often you want a cleaning prompt. HearLog will send a gentle notification at the time you choose.
- Yes. You can log wear time for your left device, your right device, or both together, depending on how you prefer to track.
- Open Settings in HearLog and tap Restore Purchases. Your subscription will be re-linked to your Apple ID.
