These terms apply specifically to Fondly. For privacy handling details, review the Privacy Policy or use the support page if you need product help.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Fondly ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Operator

The App is operated by Raphael Momanyi ("we", "us").

3. Personal memory tool

Fondly is a personal memory organization tool for photos, videos, notes, links, and songs. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you choose to add and for safeguarding access to your device. You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes.

5. Purchases and in-app purchases

The App may offer recurring options, including an recurring options with a configured introductory trial. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are processed through Apple and RevenueCat. We do not process payments directly.

6. Trial and renewal

When offered by the App Store, the recurring options includes a 3-day introductory trial. You can cancel anytime in Settings before renewal. in-app purchases renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

7. Purchases and refunds

Prices are shown in your local currency by the App Store (where available) and may include applicable taxes. Refunds are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's policies and eligibility requirements.

8. Availability and changes

We may update the App from time to time and may modify, add, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raphael Momanyi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues.
