By downloading or using ClaimProof, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App is operated by SoftLog.
3. Purpose and limits
ClaimProof is a documentation tool to help organize property inventory records. It does not provide insurance, legal, or financial advice.
4. No outcome guarantee
Use of the App does not guarantee claim approval, payout amounts, or legal sufficiency in any jurisdiction.
5. User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of item details, valuations, and submitted claim materials.
6. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit. Billing and refund terms are controlled by Apple policies.
7. Availability
We may update or change features over time and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftLog is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
