1. Overview
ClaimProof ("the App") is operated by SoftLog ("we", "us"). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
2. Inventory records
The App stores property profiles, room structures, item details, values, and user notes you enter for documentation.
3. Media evidence
Photos, videos, voice notes, and document attachments are stored locally on your device unless you choose to export them.
4. Metadata and timestamps
The App may store timestamps and optional location metadata to improve documentation context in exports.
5. Local-first storage
Core inventory data is stored on-device using Apple local persistence frameworks. We do not require a backend account for v1 workflows.
6. Exports and sharing
Claim preparation bundles are created on-device and shared only through destinations you select.
7. Purchases
If you purchase premium features, transactions are processed by Apple (StoreKit). We do not collect payment card details.
