When contacting support, please include your iOS version and a brief description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.
Common questions
- From the Vault tab, tap Start Incident, confirm safety, choose the incident type, and begin capturing evidence from the guided flow.
- Open the incident, go to Export, choose PDF, ZIP, or Secure export, then share it through the iOS share sheet.
- Open Settings, tap Restore Purchase or Customer Center, and wait for the vault status to refresh. If access still does not update, contact support with your receipt details.
- Open the Vehicles tab, tap Add Vehicle, and enter the make, model, plate, insurer, VIN, and policy number.
