Privacy Policy — AutoProof

1. Overview

AutoProof ("the App") is operated by SoftLog ("we", "us"). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

2. Incident records you create

The App stores incident timelines, notes, involved-party details, witness records, police report details, damage mapping, and related case metadata that you enter.

3. Scene media and attachments

Photos, videos, voice notes, and exported files are stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or share them.

4. Optional metadata

The App may store timestamps and optional location context to improve the quality and order of your documentation.

5. Local-first storage

AutoProof stores incident data on-device using Apple local persistence frameworks. We do not require a default backend account for core vault workflows.

6. Exports and sharing

Evidence reports and archives are generated on-device and shared only through destinations you explicitly choose in iOS.

7. Purchases

If you purchase premium features, billing is processed by Apple and entitlement verification may use RevenueCat together with Apple purchase systems. We do not collect payment card details.
