1. Acceptance

By downloading or using AutoProof ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Operator

The App is operated by SoftLog ("we", "us").

3. Purpose and limits

AutoProof is an accident documentation and evidence organization tool. It does not provide legal advice, insurance advice, emergency services, or claim outcome guarantees.

4. User responsibility

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of incident details, exports, and any materials you share with insurers, law enforcement, repair shops, or legal counsel.

5. No guarantee of outcome

Use of the App does not guarantee claim approval, fault determinations, reimbursement, legal sufficiency, or litigation outcomes.

6. Purchases and subscriptions

In-app purchases and subscriptions are billed by Apple. RevenueCat may be used to verify purchase status and deliver premium entitlements. Pricing, billing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple policies.

7. Availability and updates

We may update the App and modify features over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftLog is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including financial losses from record errors or omissions.
