1. Acceptance
By downloading or using LifeNode ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Operator
The App is operated by SoftLog ("we", "us").
3. Purpose
LifeNode is a documentation and workflow tool. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, or regulatory advice.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of records you enter and for how exported reports are used.
5. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit. Pricing, billing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple policies.
6. Availability and changes
We may modify features or update the app over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftLog is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
