By downloading or using ChargebackGuard, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Operator
The App is operated by SoftLog.
3. Purpose and limits
ChargebackGuard is a dispute documentation and workflow tool. It does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or guaranteed dispute outcomes.
4. User responsibility
You are responsible for evidence accuracy, submission timing, and compliance with processor and card-network rules.
5. Outcome disclaimer
Readiness indicators are operational guidance only and are not win-probability predictions.
6. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit. Billing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple policies.
7. Availability
We may update or discontinue features and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftLog is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
