Last updated: 2026-04-25

1. Service Description

ChargebackGuard provides dispute documentation and representment workflow tooling for merchants. It helps organize evidence, deadlines, and packet exports. It is an operational tool and not legal advice.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to use this service under the laws of your jurisdiction and applicable app store rules.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

ChargebackGuard may offer auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchases, including plans such as monthly and yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before period end. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple account settings. Any free trial, if offered, converts to paid unless canceled before it ends.

4. Entitlements and Restore Purchases

ChargebackGuard uses RevenueCat and Apple systems to verify subscription status and deliver premium entitlements. If access appears out of sync, use Restore Purchases in the app.

5. Refunds

Purchases are billed by Apple. Refunds are subject to Apple refund policies and processes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, interfere with, or abuse the app or payment systems; use the app for unlawful purposes; or attempt to bypass subscription or entitlement controls.

7. No Legal Representation or Outcome Guarantee

ChargebackGuard does not provide legal representation and does not guarantee representment outcomes. Readiness indicators and workflow suggestions are informational and operational only.

8. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of case data, evidence, and submissions, and for compliance with processor, acquirer, card-network, and legal requirements applicable to your business.

9. Disclaimers

The app is provided on an as is and as available basis to the extent permitted by law. We make no warranty that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that outcomes will be successful.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, revenue, or merchant-processing relationships arising from use of the app.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if required by law, app store policy, security concerns, or material violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction specified by the service provider, unless consumer protection law requires otherwise.
