1. Overview
ChargebackGuard ("the App") is operated by SoftLog ("we", "us"). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
2. Case and transaction records
The App stores case metadata such as reason codes, due dates, disputed amounts, order notes, and merchant account labels.
3. Evidence files
Evidence attachments (documents, images, and notes) are stored locally on your device unless you explicitly export or share them.
4. Deadline reminders
Case reminders are scheduled on-device based on due dates you configure.
5. Local-first architecture
Core case workflows are designed for local storage and do not require payment-gateway API connections for v1 use.
6. Exports
Representment packet exports are generated on-device and shared through user-selected destinations.
7. Purchases
Premium access is managed by Apple (StoreKit). We do not collect or store payment card data.
