When contacting support, please include your iOS version and a brief description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.
Common questions
- Open your group settings, tap Add Member, and enter the member name plus contribution setup.
- Void the incorrect entry and add a correction so the ledger remains transparent and auditable.
- From Monthly Summary, tap Export Statement and share the PDF through the iOS share sheet.
- In Settings, tap "Restore Purchases". If access does not unlock, email support and include your App Store receipt screenshot.
