1. Overview
ChamaBook ("the App") is operated by SoftLog ("we", "us"). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
2. Financial records you enter
The App lets you record chama member contributions, withdrawals, balances, notes, and related meeting records. This information is stored locally on your device.
3. Local-first data handling
Records are stored on-device using Apple local storage frameworks. We do not run a default backend service for your chama ledger.
4. Exports and sharing
When you export statements or reports, sharing is initiated by you through iOS destinations you choose.
5. Purchases
If you purchase premium features, transactions are processed by Apple (StoreKit). We do not collect or store payment card details.
6. Analytics and advertising
The App does not include third-party advertising SDKs. We do not use third-party trackers to profile your financial records.
7. Data retention and deletion
Your chama records remain on your device until you delete them in the App or uninstall the App.
