1. Acceptance
By downloading or using ChamaBook ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Operator
The App is operated by SoftLog ("we", "us").
3. Purpose
ChamaBook is a chama record-keeping and treasury workflow tool. It is not a bank, SACCO, payment processor, or investment advisor.
4. Treasurer responsibility
You are responsible for verifying all entries, balances, and disbursement decisions made using the App.
5. Accuracy and member communication
You are responsible for sharing accurate statements with group members and resolving disputes based on your group's own governance rules.
6. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit. Pricing, billing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple policies.
7. Availability and updates
We may update the App and modify features over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftLog is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including financial losses from record errors or omissions.
