When contacting support, please include your iOS version and a brief description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.
Common questions
- Open the Dose Setup screen and enter your starting dose, each planned escalation step, and the date of your first injection. PenDose will calculate your schedule from there.
- After logging an injection, you can add symptoms directly from the injection detail screen. Symptoms are linked to the dose and timing so patterns are visible over time.
- PenDose tracks your recent injection sites and highlights which areas are recommended next based on standard rotation guidelines.
- Go to Settings and enable the HealthKit connection. PenDose will request read access for weight, HRV, sleep, and activity. You can revoke access at any time from your iPhone health settings.
