When contacting support, please include your iOS version and a brief description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.
Common questions
- When you first open the app, you will be prompted to allow access to HRV, Sleep, and Resting Heart Rate. You can also manage this in the iOS Settings app under Privacy & Security → Health → FocusCrest.
- When FocusCrest detects a mismatch between your energy and a task, a "Suggest Swap" button will appear. Tap it to see a more suitable task and confirm the change with one tap.
- Go to Settings → Premium → "Restore Purchases". If your subscription doesn't activate, please contact us with your receipt.
- Since all data is stored locally, simply deleting the app will remove all FocusCrest data from your device. You can also use the "Reset All Data" option in the app settings.
