1. Overview
FocusCrest ("the App") is operated by SoftLog ("we", "us"). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
2. Health and Biometric Data
The App requests access to your HealthKit data (including Heart Rate Variability, Sleep, and Resting Heart Rate). This data is used solely to calculate your "Cognitive Readiness" score and optimize your schedule. **This data is processed and stored exclusively on your device.** We do not collect, transmit, or store your health data on any external servers.
3. Calendar Data
The App requests access to your EventKit data (Calendar) to read and suggest optimizations for your tasks. Like your health data, all calendar information is processed locally on your device.
4. Data Storage
Your records and biometric snapshots are stored on-device using Apple's local storage frameworks (SwiftData). We do not operate a backend service for the App.
5. Purchases
If you choose to purchase or restore a subscription, those transactions are processed by Apple (StoreKit). We do not collect or store your payment card details.
6. Analytics and Advertising
The App does not include third-party advertising SDKs. We do not use third-party analytics trackers that identify you or your data.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Your data remains on your device until you delete it from within the App or uninstall the App.
