1. Acceptance
By downloading or using FocusCrest ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Operator
The App is operated by SoftLog ("we", "us").
3. Bio-Adaptive Scheduling
FocusCrest provides scheduling suggestions based on biometric data. These are suggestions only and should not be taken as medical or health advice. You are responsible for your own schedule and health decisions.
4. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for how you use the app's suggestions. You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes.
5. Purchases and Subscriptions
Any in-app purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit. Pricing, renewal, and refunds are handled according to Apple's policies and your App Store settings.
6. Availability and Changes
We may update the App from time to time and may modify or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftLog will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or its scheduling suggestions.
