1. Acceptance

By downloading or using FireReady Pro ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Purpose and limits

FireReady Pro is a preparedness and information tool. It does not provide emergency response command services, legal advice, insurance advice, or guarantees regarding fire outcomes.

3. User responsibility

You are responsible for acting on local authority instructions, maintaining property readiness, and validating routes and contact plans for your household.

4. Subscriptions

In-app subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit. Entitlement management may be provided by RevenueCat. Billing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple policies.

5. Availability

Live incident and weather context can change rapidly. We do not guarantee continuous availability, completeness, or uninterrupted service.

6. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftLog is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
