FireReady Pro ("the App") is operated by SoftLog ("we", "us"). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

2. Property and preparedness records

The App stores address-linked risk profile details, checklist progress, evacuation plans, and evidence records needed for preparedness workflows.

3. Insurance vault content

Documents and images you store in the Insurance Vault are used to support property-condition reporting and export features.

4. Threat intelligence inputs

The App may display district-level fire danger and active incident context from third-party public data sources relevant to Australian bushfire monitoring.

5. Purchases

If you purchase or restore in-app products, transactions are processed by Apple (StoreKit) and subscription infrastructure may be managed with RevenueCat. We do not collect payment card details.
