When contacting support, please include your iOS version and a brief description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.
Common questions
- Ensure you have granted "Always" location or background refresh permissions. You can manage this in the Faceguard AI settings or the iOS Settings app.
- Go to the Scan History, select a scan result, and tap the Share icon to generate and export a PDF report via PDFKit.
- When a scan is active, the Dynamic Island will show real-time progress and security status using ActivityKit.
- Faceguard AI uses StoreKit 2 for subscription management. You can view or change your plan in the app settings or via your Apple ID account settings.
- A low score indicates areas for improvement. Check the Dashboard for specific warnings like "Scan Overdue" or "Action Required" and follow the suggested steps to improve your protection.
- During a scan, if you find suspicious content, mark it as "Suspicious." This will trigger the Report Flow, allowing you to collect evidence, add notes, and generate a PDF report.
- The Evidence PDF includes an incident summary, attached screenshots, metadata, a monitoring history to prove proactive effort, and a legal disclaimer. It is designed to be a comprehensive record for personal use or legal consultation.
