By using Faceguard AI, you agree to these terms. Faceguard AI is a security tool provided "as is".

2. Use of Technology

Faceguard AI utilizes Apple's Vision, Core ML, and Metal frameworks to provide security features. Results are based on on-device analysis and are for informational purposes.

3. Data Responsibility

You are responsible for the data you scan and the reports you generate. Faceguard AI does not back up your data to the cloud.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store and StoreKit 2. All billing and refunds are subject to Apple's policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

SoftLog is not liable for any digital identity theft or deepfake incidents. Faceguard AI is a monitoring tool and does not guarantee absolute protection.
