1. Acceptance
By downloading or using CertPay ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Operator
The App is operated by SoftLog ("we", "us").
3. Purpose
CertPay is a certified payroll documentation and workflow tool for contractors working on Davis-Bacon-governed projects.
4. No legal or compliance guarantee
The App supports documentation workflows but does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee filing acceptance or regulatory compliance outcomes.
5. User responsibilities
You are responsible for verifying wage determinations, worker classifications, calculations, and filing requirements applicable to your projects.
6. Offline and local-first architecture
The App is designed for local use with SwiftData and no external API dependency for core features.
7. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit. Billing and refunds follow Apple policies.
8. Availability
We may update, modify, or discontinue features over time and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftLog is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to App use.
