1. Acceptance
By downloading or using YardVision Pro ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Purpose
YardVision Pro is a workflow and estimation tool for contractors. It does not provide legal, engineering, structural, or regulatory compliance advice.
3. Estimates and proposals
All measurements, takeoffs, and quote drafts are estimates and may require on-site verification before final pricing or contract execution.
4. Communications compliance
You are responsible for lawful outreach practices, including consent collection, quiet-hour rules, and opt-out handling for customer communications.
5. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit. Pricing, billing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple policies.
6. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftLog is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
